The reservation system is live to adhere to current social distancing rules and capacity restrictions. When making your reservation, you will select your 30 minute arrival window to check in for your session. Members will be asked to limit their session to 90 minutes from the start of their arrival window. We are asking members to limit their registrations to 3 sessions per week.

Due to capacity restraints, we are open to members. We're closely monitoring guidelines that will allow us to open to our broader non-member community as soon as possible.
Yes. All staff and community members are required to wear a mask at all times within the facility.
We can only guarantee access if you make a reservation. Reservations can be booked online anytime up until the start time of the reservation if there is space available.
Most commonly, this is because your membership is not paid through the date you're making a reservation for. For example, monthly members who have paid for the month of September will not be able to book sessions in October until after they've paid for that month.
Your Mindbody account may need to be looked at more closely as well. We have wizards available to help with this who can be reach via this link.
At this time, we are not able to offer shoe, harness, or loose chalk rentals.
Payments made during our closure will be issued back to your member account after reopening. We’re grateful for and humbled by the outpouring of support from our active members. Our team asks for your patience as we process these credits, which will be completed as soon as possible after our reopening date is confirmed.
