+ How do I reactivate my membership?

If you're interested in reactivating your membership, please fill out this form and our team will be happy to help restart your membership. 

+ How does the reservation system work?

In order to adhere with current social distancing rules and capacity restrictions, visits must be booked via our reservation system. When making your reservation, you will select your 30 minute arrival window to check in for your session. Members will be asked to limit their session to 90 minutes from the start of their arrival window. We are asking members to limit their registrations to 3 sessions per week.

+ Who has access to the facility now?

We're currently open to members only in Somerville. Starting October 5th, we'll be open to everyone!

Gowanus, Queensbridge and West Loop BKB locations are open to everyone.

+ Do I need to wear a mask?

Yes. All staff and community members are required to wear a mask at all times within the facility. BKB team members will also be wearing gloves. 

+ Can I drop in?

We can only guarantee access if you make a reservation. Reservations can be booked online anytime up until the start time of the reservation if there is space available. 

+ Are rentals available?

At this time, we are not able to offer shoe, harness, or loose chalk rentals. 

+ What's the status of climbing and fitness classes?

Yoga and fitness classes are not being offered yet, but we look forward to restarting other classes once capacity limits allow for it. 

+ I continued to pay my membership dues while you were closed, how do I access my credit?

Payments made during our closure will be issued back to your member account after reopening. We’re grateful for and humbled by the outpouring of support from our active members. Our team asks for your patience as we process these credits, which will be completed as soon as possible after our reopening date is confirmed.
